It is our mission to build and manage rental communities in the best locations for reasonable prices. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will educate first-time renters, problem-solve for our existing residents, and connect each person with the unit that fulfills their wants and needs.

Our first community was built over 50 years ago in Bethlehem, PA and we are still owned and managed by the original family building company.
